These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Glyph AI platform, including our podcast transcription, summarisation, and content repurposing services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Glyph AI Ltd ("Glyph", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is intended for use by podcast producers, content creators, marketing teams, and media organisations. It is not designed for processing sensitive personal data, medical records, legal proceedings, or regulated financial communications.
To use Glyph, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@joinglyph.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accounts are for individual use unless you are on a team or agency plan. You may not share login credentials with others outside your authorised plan.
You retain full ownership of all audio, video, and transcript files you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content to Glyph, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process Your Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
We do not sell, share, or use Your Content to train AI models without your explicit written consent. Your recordings and transcripts are processed on a per-request basis and are not retained beyond what is necessary to provide and improve the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
Glyph uses large language models to generate transcripts, summaries, show notes, social posts, blog drafts, and other content ("Outputs"). Outputs are provided for editorial use and should be reviewed before publication. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of any content you publish using Glyph's Outputs.
Glyph does not guarantee that Outputs are free from errors, omissions, or hallucinations. AI transcription achieves high accuracy across standard audio quality but may produce errors with heavy accents, technical jargon, crosstalk, or poor recording conditions.
Ownership of AI-generated Outputs derived from Your Content belongs to you, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Glyph offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until then.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All software, design, trademarks, and underlying technology of the Glyph platform are owned by Glyph AI Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights in the platform to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glyph AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Outputs will be accurate or complete.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
