Is Glyph Workplace just a dashboard, or does everything actually live inside it? +

Everything lives inside it. Your transcripts, generated content, episode briefs, planner, and team assignments are all stored within the workspace — not just linked to external tools. When you open an episode, everything related to that episode is right there.

Can I manage multiple shows from one workspace? +

Yes. You can have multiple shows inside Glyph, each with its own episode library, transcript history, content, and planner. Useful for podcast networks, agencies, or hosts who run more than one show.

How does the planning feature work? +

The Planner lets you map out upcoming episodes with working titles, guest names, recording dates, and status (idea, confirmed, recorded, published). You can see your full lineup at a glance and drag episodes to reschedule them.

Can my editor or VA work inside my Glyph workspace? +

Yes. Invite team members with different permission levels — they can access the episodes assigned to them, review and edit generated content, and update status without being able to touch billing or workspace settings.
